Steve has helped thousands of people suffering from injuries, illnesses, accidents, and national disasters present the facts of their situations for determination at multiple levels including insurance companies and government agencies. He has testified in court and/or administrative hearings hundreds of times.

His Mission is to help the injured, ill, and victims of accidents and disasters tell their story in the most effective manner possible.

He is a retired licensed investigator, claims adjuster, public utility engineer, USMCR Intelligence Analyst and most recently a Federal Disaster Response Official with SBA Disaster Assistance.

Steve is currently a licensed Life, Health, Accident & Illness Agent in California. He has been a Licensed Private Investigator in both California and Washington State, a Licensed Insurance Claims Examiner/Adjuster in Texas. and he is a former USMCR Intelligence Analyst.
